ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT to the Agreement concerning products of the clock and watch industry between the European Economic Community and its Member States and the Swiss ConfederationEVROPSKÉ HOSPODÁŘSKÉ SPOLEČENSTVÍTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,na jedné straně aof the one part, andŠVÝCARSKÁ SPOLKOVÁ RADATHE SWISS FEDERAL COUNCIL,na straně druhé,of the other part,VZHLEDEM K TOMU, ŽE dne 30. června 1967 byla v Ženevě podepsána Dohoda o výrobcích hodinářského průmyslu mezi Evropským hospodářským společenstvím a jeho členskými státy a Švýcarskou konfederací;WHEREAS an Agreement concerning products of the clock and watch industry between the European Economic Community and its Member States and the Swiss Confederation was signed in Geneva on 30 June 1967;VZHLEDEM K TOMU, ŽE pro řádné fungování této dohody je nezbytné, aby byla přijata doplňující ustanovení;WHEREAS it is necessary for the proper functioning of that Agreement to adopt additional provisions;VZHLEDEM K TOMU, ŽE používání označení "švýcarské" pro hodinky se řídí nařízením Švýcarské spolkové rady ze dne 23. prosince 1971;WHEREAS the ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council of 23 December 1971 governs the use of the description "Swiss" for watches;VZHLEDEM K TOMU, ŽE v hodinářském průmyslu existuje úzká spolupráce mezi Evropským hospodářským společenstvím a Švýcarskem;WHEREAS close cooperation exists in the clock and watch industry between the European Economic Community and Switzerland;BEROUCE V ÚVAHU zrušení racionalizačních grantů sjednaných ze strany Ebauches SA a ASUAG současně se vstupem této dohody v platnost a souběžné zrušení kvóty uvedené v bodu B 3 b) výše uvedené Dohody,
TAKING NOTE of the abolition, at the same time as this Agreement comes into force, of the rationalization grants accorded by Ebauches SA and ASUAG and of the simultaneous abolition of the quota referred to in point B 3 (b) of the abovementioned Agreement,

SE DOHODLY takto:HAVE AGREED as follows:Článek 1Article 1Snížení celních sazeb uvedená v článcích 1 a 5 Dohody ze dne 30. června 1967 vstupují v platnost současně s touto dohodou.The tariff reductions specified in Articles 1 and 5 of the Agreement of 30 June 1967 shall enter into force at the same time as this Agreement.Článek 2Article 2Aby hodinky se strojkem švýcarské výroby, pokud jde nejméně o 50 % hodnoty všech částí a součástí, včetně nákladů na montáž, mohly být považovány za švýcarské podle čl. 2 odst. 2, písm. b) nařízení Švýcarské spolkové rady ze dne 23. prosince 1971, kterým se řídí označení "švýcarské" pro hodinky, zavádí se postup pro vydávání osvědčení mezi Švýcarskem a Společenstvím v souladu s těmito pravidly:In order that a watch with a movement of Swiss manufacture as regards not less than 50 % of the value of all the constituent parts including the cost of assembly by virtue of Article 2 (2) (b) of the ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council of 23 December 1971 governing the use of the description "Swiss" for watches can be considered to be Swiss, a certification procedure shall be established between Switzerland and the Community in accordance with the following rules:
