Without prejudice to the provisions of the Treaty relating to the right of establishment and to this Regulation, a person providing a maritime transport service may, in order to do so, temporarily pursue his activity in the Member States where the service is provided, under the same conditions as are imposed by that State on its own nationals.

Aniž jsou dotčena ustanovení Smlouvy o právu usazování a aniž je dotčeno toto nařízení, může osoba provozující služby námořní dopravy k tomuto účelu dočasně provozovat svou činnost v členských státech, kde jsou dané služby provozovány, za stejných podmínek, které daný stát ukládá vlastním státním příslušníkům.

With regard to the installation of young farmers, the condition provided for in the last indent of Article 10 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2328/91 shall not apply.

Whereas Council Directives 75/362/EEC of 16 June 1975 concerning the mutual recognition of diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications in medecine, including measures to facilitate the effective exercise of the right of establishment and freedom to provide services(3) and 75/363/EEC of 16 Juni 1975 concerning the coordination of provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in respect of activities of doctors(4) have been frequently and substantially amended;

Until 31 December 1992, this Directive shall not prevent the application of existing national provisions on the award of public works contracts which have as their objective the reduction of regional disparities and the promotion of job creation in regions whose development is lagging behind and in declining industrial regions, on condition that the provisions concerned are compatible with the Treaty, in particular with the principles of non-discrimination on grounds of nationality, freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services, and with the Community's international obligations.

Do 31. prosince 1992 nebrání tato směrnice používání stávajících vnitrostátních ustanovení pro zadávání veřejných zakázek na stavební práce, které mají za cíl snížení regionálních rozdílů a podporu vytváření pracovních příležitostí v regionech, jejichž vývoj zaostává, a v upadajících průmyslových odvětvích, za předpokladu, že daná opatření jsou slučitelná se Smlouvou, zejména se zásadami nediskriminace na základě státní příslušnosti, svobody usazování a volného pohybu služeb a s mezinárodními závazky Společenství.

The firms referred to in the second and third indents of Article 2 (2) shall have initial capital of ECU 50 000 in so far as they benefit from freedom of establishment or provide services under Articles 14 or 15 of Directive 93/22/EEC.
